Agricultural Drilling Works

BF AL DJAZAIR SPA, an Algerian-Italian joint venture company specialized in agricultural and agro-industrial development, informs all qualified companies that it is launching a national open tender for the execution of deep water drilling works intended for the irrigation of its agricultural farms located in the wilaya of Timimoun.

Purpose of the Tender

This consultation aims at the execution of 10 hydraulic boreholes with depths ranging between 120 and 250 meters, including:

Preliminary geophysical studies,

Drilling, casing and cementing works,

Pumping tests and physico-chemical analyses of water,

Supply and installation of pumping equipment.

Conditions of Participation

Eligible to participate are all Algerian-registered companies possessing:

A valid commercial register (activity related to drilling / public works / hydraulics),

A Tax Identification Number (NIF) and Statistical Identification Number (NIS),

A valid CNAS/CASNOS compliance certificate,

A technical approval issued by the competent authorities for hydraulic drilling works,

Technical references (at least two similar projects carried out within the last 5 years).

The submission file must include:

📂 Administrative offer:

Certified copies of RC, NIF, NIS, tax certificate, and approval.

CNAS, CASNOS and Tax attestations.

📂 Technical offer:

Execution methodology, work schedule.

CVs of engineers and technical team.

References of similar projects.

📂 Financial offer:

Unit price schedule (BPU).

Detailed estimated and quantitative breakdown (DQE).
